When the #1 selling honey on Amazon comes knocking on your door, you answer it and you accept any challenge they throw your way. Mike’s Hot Honey is not only a pantry must-have  in America, but is a major staple in the NYC pizza culture. I even feel comfortable enough saying Mike’s Hot Honey is a sauce legend. 

Garnish Studios was invited to film co-founder, and investor, Kent Spellman about their exponential growth on Amazon with the help from Perpetua, a data analytics company. 

Our set location was Paulie Gee’s iconic Slice shop in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We had from 8am till 10am to load in, set up, direct, and break down. Pulling this off meant staying agile, responsive, and fully prepared.
